1440 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1440 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions contained herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 1440 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are using this platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes only.
The 1440 platform reserves the right to decline registration, suspend, or terminate any user account that fails to meet these eligibility requirements without prior notice. Users who register with false or misleading information will be subject to account closure and forfeiture of any balance that cannot be verified.
Continued use of this platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1440 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact 1440 support immediately.
1440 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any unofficial channel. Be vigilant against any phishing attempts claiming to represent the platform.
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use
As a user of the 1440 platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use this platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or misuse of another person's personal information.
You also agree not to attempt to breach our systems, hack other users' accounts, distribute malware, or interfere with the platform's operations in any way.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without valid authorisation.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 1440 platform.
- Engaging in any form of market manipulation or collusion in betting.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1440.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All transactions on the 1440 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports various local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.
Deposits that have been successfully processed are final and cannot be reversed. 1440 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's stated policies and timelines. 1440 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or are deemed high-risk. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same user's name.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property
1440 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. 1440's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Confirmed betting outcomes are final.
1440 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances: fraud or suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, use of multiple accounts, at the user's own request, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. Any valid balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete.
All content on the 1440 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface design, software, and code — is the property of 1440 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 1440.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
The 1440 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers or game content providers. 1440 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or content found on those third-party platforms. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms before use. The availability of third-party services may change without prior notice from 1440.
1440 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users who continue to use the platform after any changes are notified are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the Malay version shall prevail. Any disputes arising will be referred to the jurisdiction of Malaysian law.
